Coming from a personal experience, the process I will be sharing will be a bit tricky and challenging, so you might not be able to do it on the first try. However, I recommend practicing patience and being very careful; otherwise, you might risk damaging the vape.

Step 1. Dismantle the disposable vape pen
Depending on what kind of vape you are using, first, you’ll need to take out the mouthpiece to dismantle the vape pen.
If possible, try rotating it until it comes off; however, if it’s placed inwards, then take some tweezers and try to take out the cap by pulling it outwards. Make sure you don’t expose the sensor and the wires; otherwise, it will stop working.
If nothing of this works, then, unfortunately, it means that you cannot reuse your vape pen, and it’s time for you to get a new one.
